Regulations Governing Participation in the 3rd International School on Advanced Immunology 2024→
Your Presentations
Participants are requested to give both oral and poster presentations.
(1) Oral presentation
– You are allotted 10 minutes (8 minutes of presentation and 2 minutes of Q&A).
– Presentation slides are recommended to be in 16:9 format, although slides in 4:3 format are also acceptable.
(2) Poster presentation
– Posters must be prepared in A0 portrait format (84.1 cm W x 118.9 cm H).
– Landscape format is not acceptable because of space limitations.
IFReC Lab Tour on 1 November 2024
IFReC Lab Tour allows small groups of participants to visit up to 3 laboratories led by IFReC’s principal investigators.

Travel Insurance for Overseas Participants
Participants from Overseas are strongly recommended to enroll in their own overseas travel insurance as the School Office does not cover the cost of insurance or any associated costs.
Visa -To participants who are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan-
You are responsible for obtaining your own visa. Please find out how to obtain a visa at the Japanese embassy or consulate in your country of residence and start applying for it as soon as possible. If you are living in a country other than your home country, please also confirm whether or not you require a re-entry permit for your country of residence.
