Your travel expenses will be covered by your affiliation. Please follow their instructions for travel arrangements.

(2) Upload Documents
Please upload the following documents.
- Passport Copy A copy of the page in your passport that shows your face photo, name, and passport number.
- Agreement Please download the form, sign, and upload.
*Rename the files by replacing “Name” in the file names (IS24_Agreement.pdf) with the surname of the applicant (e.g., Smith_IS24_Agreement.pdf).

(3) Pay Participation Fee
Your participation fee will be covered by the Japan Society for Immunology (JSI) in cooperation with DGfI so you are NOT required to pay for it.
