Participants from Overseas
(except those from ImmunoSensation3 and DGfI)
We will soon start to make flight arrangements for our overseas participants. Participants are asked NOT to make their own flight arrangements.
Please complete the following procedures by 3 July 2026.
Note: If you are planning to be away for vacation soon, please provide an alternate email address and/or phone number where you can be reached during that time in case we need to contact you.
(1) Fill out the Questionnaire
Please enter your information for travel and accommodation arrangements into the online questionnaire.
Regarding your departure date from Japan, participants must depart Japan by the dates below. See the regulations for details.
・If not attending the JSI Meeting, or if attending the JSI Meeting for one day: 22 November
・If attending the JSI Meeting for two days: 25 November
・If attending the JSI Meeting for three days: 27 November
(2) Upload Document
Please upload the following document.
- Passport Copy: A copy of the page in your passport that shows your face photo, name, passport number, issue date, and expiration date.
(3) Pay Participation Fee
Participants are required to pay a participation fee of JPY 80,000, which consists of a registration fee of JPY 41,000 and a networking event fee of JPY 39,000. Please pay the amounts of JPY 41,000 and JPY 39,000 in two separate credit card payments at the following websites. After completing each payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you require a receipt for your payments, please click the “Receipt (PDF)” button in the confirmation email. Please confirm your email whitelist settings so that you can receive emails from the following address.

(4) Participant Registration for JSI Meeting (optional)
Anyone wishing to participate in the JSI Meeting must complete the registration through the registration website. Presentations are not mandatory for participation in the JSI Meeting. However, those who wish to present may do so.
