Participants from Japan
In general, you are required to arrange your own transportation to and from the School venue. We will reimburse you for transportation expenses after completion of the School.
Please complete the following procedures by 3 July 2026.
(1) Fill out the Questionnaire
Please enter your information for accommodation arrangements into the online questionnaire.
(2) Pay Participation Fee
Participants are required to pay a participation fee of JPY 80,000, which consists of a registration fee of JPY 41,000 and a networking event fee of JPY 39,000. Please pay the amounts of JPY 41,000 and JPY 39,000 in two separate credit card payments at the following websites. After completing each payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you require a receipt for your payment, please click the “Receipt (PDF)” button in the confirmation email. Please confirm your email whitelist settings so that you can receive emails from the following address.

(3) Participant Registration for JSI Meeting (optional)
Anyone wishing to participate in the JSI Meeting must complete the registration through the registration website. Presentations are not mandatory for participation in the JSI Meeting. However, those who wish to present may do so.
